EUGENE, Ore. — Former “Home Improvement” actor Zachery Ty Bryan appeared in Lane County Circuit Court Friday morning to be arraigned on eight charges related to an alleged assault in Eugene earlier this month.
Bryan, 39, was arrested on Oct. 16 when police were called to an apartment in North Eugene for a report of a disturbance.
According to court documents, Bryan allegedly assaulted a woman he has been in a relationship with for the past two years.

Bryan is facing eight charges including two counts of menacing, two counts of assault in the fourth degree, coercion, felony strangulation, and interference with making a report.
Bryan, who was released from jail on bond, appeared in-person alongside his lawyer Friday and did not enter a plea. He is scheduled to be back in court on Nov. 20.
